I introduce myself with the Vans Authentic Slim

Hi everyone! Today we have a very special collaboration in our blog: Andrea, from Tiny. An outstanding jewel and design professional with a whole lot of creativity, so we’re delighted to have her with us today. She posed for our Street Style with a cheerful pair of Vans Authentic Slim… but it’s best if I let her tell you herself :). This is what she has to say about the experience:

“Hello everybody! My name is Andrea Velázquez. I’m a designer and jeweller. I live in León, from where I work for the whole world. I’m excited to share with you this Street Style!

We shot it with Jose A. Bermúdez, the photographer at foot District, in the backyard of my workshop, where I work in my contemporary jewelry brand, Tiny. A real experience!

For this ocasion I chose the Vans Authentic Slim. I think it’s the perfect choice for this spring/summer. As a designer, I value the simplicity and honesty of a design that lasts the passing of years. Vans are elegant, sober, and, for this season with a refreshing touch of colour.

The same happens with the jewels. I chose several pieces of one of my favourite collections: CUBE. They are designs in silver with a geometric shape that contain fire enamel inside: a jewelry technique that provides colour in a wide range of shades, where you can choose according to your preferences.

To add more colour to my outfit I decided to wear this knitwear sweater. When I saw it at Siroco I fell in love with its colour and shape. It’s an item you can wear no matter what the ocasion, and it looks perfect with these Vans Authentic.

To sum up, I tried to pass on my essence through this post: simplicit, timelessness and quality. I hope you liked it! Remember you can follow me on FACEBOOK.

Thanks to the whole foot District team! Ah, and of course you can get the Vans Authentic Slim at the foot District store ;).”

Thanks to you for your collaboration, Andrea! :). And to Jose A. Bermúdez for shooting the pictures.
