RETURNS OUTSIDE THE IBERIAN PENINSULA

1. EMAIL US

- Send us an email to contacto@footdistrict.com.

- The subject must be “Return” and the identification number of the order you want to return.

2. SEND THE ITEMS BACK

- Address: Foot District, Plaza Maestro Odón Alonso, 1, Bajo, Puerta 3, 24002, León, Spain.

- Shipping cost will be at your charge.

- Returns from outside the EU: Clearly identify the parcel as a “RETURN” and attach the invoice and DUA document provided on delivery.

3. RECEIVE THE REFUND

-The refund will be made after we receive the article*.

- Orders payed with credit card or Paypal: the return will be refunded by the same method.

*Refunds might take a couple of days to be processed by the bank or Paypal.


EXCHANGES OUTSIDE THE IBERIAN PENINSULA

We can only accept exchanges for orders to the Iberian Peninsula. On the rest of destinations you must place a new order and return the items.

RETURNS IN THE IBERIAN PENINSULA

2. HAND THE ITEM TO ASM

- ASM will pick up the item in your shipping address.

- If you want the items to be picked up somewhere else or you prefer to hand them to an ASM office yourself, let us know in the email.

3. RECEIVE THE REFUND

- The refund will be made when we receive the article.*

- Orders payed with credit card or Paypal: the return will be refunded by the same method.

- Cash-On-Delivery: Please provide a bank account.

*Refunds might take a couple of days to be processed by the bank or Paypal.

EXCHANGES IN THE IBERIAN PENINSULA

1. CHOOSE THE NEW MODEL AND SIZE

- Find the item you want. It can be different from the first one.

- Add it to the cart and go to the last step of the purchase.

2. REQUEST THE EXCHANGE WITH A NEW ORDER

- In the “Observations” field, write “Exchange” and your order identification number.

- Select Cash-on-delivery as a payment method.

- Place the order.

3. ASM WILL PICK UP THE EXCHANGED ITEM AND DELIVER THE NEW ONE

- The same delivery person picking up the package will deliver the new item.

- You will then pay the 6€ of the exchange cost.*

*If the new model is more expensive than the first, you will pay the difference along with the cost of the exchange. If the new model is cheaper, we will refund the difference in your credit card or Paypal account. If you had payed cash, please add your bank account in the “Observations” field.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


- You have 14 days since you receive the items to let us know your intention of returning or exchanging it.
- The cost of the return or exchange in the Iberian Peninsula will be 6€. In the rest of destinations, the shipping of the items will be at the customer’s charge.
- Once we receive the items we will process the refund, which will not include shipping costs.
- Returns from outside the EU: Clearly identify the parcel as a “RETURN” and attach the invoice and DUA document provided on delivery. Otherwise, your return might be subject to additional taxes or custom fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The item and its packaging must be in perfect condition, without having been used. Otherwise, the customer would face a fee of up to 100% of the value of the article.
- Footwear: the box is part of the original product. Pack it properly so it is not damaged on delivery.
- If we make any mistakes in the delivery or the products are damaged, you will not be charged for the return or exchange.
