HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

1. SEND US AN EMAIL

- Send us an email at contacto@footdistrict.com to inform us you’re willing to return the item.

- Please point out in the Subject of the email the concept “RETURNING ITEM” and write down the order number you wish to return.

- If you paid the item on delivery, you also have to write a bank account number to proceed to the refunding.

2. SEND US THE ITEM BACK

- Send us the item back through the transport agency of your choice to the address:

- The return shipping costs are in your charge.

- Concerning returns OUTSIDE the European Union: Clearly notify the shipment as a “RETURN" and attach the invoice and the single administrative document (SAD) that you would have requested previously.

3. REFUNDING OF THE ITEM

- The refunding of the total amount will be credited upon receipt of the item. This procedure can last 1 to 5 working days from the reception of the item in our office.

- Concerning orders paid through credit card or PayPal: The refunding will be credited through the same payment method the client used to purchase the item.

- Concerning orders paid in delivery: A bank transfer will be made to the account you previously provided us in step 1.

*The refunding period may be delayed for reasons beyond Foot District’s control (banking management or PayPal’s).

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM?


In order to exchange the item, you need to make a new order and return the first item following the step previously mentioned in the section “HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM”.

GENERAL CONDITIONS


- You have 14 days upon receipt of the item to inform us of your decision to return the item.
- The return shipping costs will be in charge of the client.
- Once Foot District receives the item back it will proceed to refund the payment not including the initial delivery shipping cost.
- Concerning returns outside the European Union: Clearly notify the shipment as a “RETURN” and attach the invoice and the single administrative document (SAD), otherwise the shipment may generate additional costs and Custom taxes that will be deducted from the amount to be refunded
- The item and its packaging must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, new and in perfect state, otherwise you can be penalized up to 100% of the value of the item.
- The shoe box is part of the original item. Be sure it’s safely packed up so that it doesn’t get damaged during the return shipping.
- In case there might be a trouble during the delivery or if the item presents any flaw or defect, the return shipping costs will be in our charge.
