Black Friday

What is Black Friday?

The origin of Black Friday is surrounded by stories and theories, as the term “Black Friday” has been used in different contexts over time, even to describe economic crises. However, its current meaning dates back to Philadelphia, where in the 1950s it was used to describe the chaos that followed the football game between the Navy and the Army on Thanksgiving Day.

Over time, “Black Friday” became synonymous with the day after Thanksgiving, marking the official start of the holiday shopping season. Today, it is the perfect opportunity to get the best products with special discounts.
