Veja was created in 2005 as an idea by Sébastien Kopp and François-Ghislain Morillion, who were looking for new methods to produce and manage a type of product they knew well, athletic footwear.

Since then, Veja's proposals have led them to use organic cotton from Brazil and Peru, rubber from the Amazon, and innovative materials developed from recycled bottles and polyester.

Veja, a Timeless Creation

Kopp and Morillion's idea began even before manufacturing. The designs themselves had to be timeless, not tied to a specific fashion and moment, to facilitate their use over many seasons.
