The adidas SPZL line continues to explore its archive to develop new silhouettes based on less obvious references. This model is inspired by mid-1980s runners, reinterpreting elements of historical designs to build a current proposal with a more restrained and versatile aesthetic.
The adidas Originals SPZL Longridge feature an upper that takes reference from the adidas Madison of 1987, incorporating a suede reinforcement on the toe that extends towards the eyelets. The textured ecotex tongue provides a distinctive finish, while the midsole is based on the TRX Runner design. The front reinforcement reinterprets the classic “half moon” insert with a wavy S-shaped cut, completing a silhouette
