When Michael Jordan first saw a prototype of the Jordan 1 in the Chicago Bulls’ colors, he wasn’t convinced. The black and red combination was perfect for his team, but he preferred the blue tones of his university, North Carolina. His wishes came true several decades later in a version that blended two shades of blue, now returning in its low-top form.
